What you will be doing:
- Managing live chat interactions on our ecom store to assist customers with discount codes, product queries, and refund policies.
- Accessing a comprehensive FAQ document for quick reference to commonly asked questions, with supervisory support for more complex inquiries.
Contract Details:
- Rate: $35 per hour, based on experience.
- Contract Length: No fixed term.
Location:
- Remote Work, preferred candidates from the US.
Requirements:
- Must have access to a device capable of managing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
